What types of photography services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of photography services including corporate events, portraits, product shoots, lifestyle sessions, and creative campaigns. Each session is customized to fit your brand or personal style.
Do you provide both photography and videography coverage for events?
No, we currently only provide photography services for events. We will expand our team in future to provide videography services.
How far in advance should I book a shoot?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or peak seasons. However, we’ll always try to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
Can you travel to locations outside your city?
We’re only available for on-location shoots anywhere in Singapore. Travel and accommodation fees may apply for shoots outside Singapore.
How soon will I receive my edited photos or videos?
Photo delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, and videos take about 2–3 weeks, depending on project complexity. Express turnaround options are available upon request.
How many edited photos will I receive?
This depends on your chosen package. For example, a 1-hour portrait session may include 15–20 professionally edited photos, while event coverage can yield 100+ edits.
Do you provide RAW files?
RAW files remain the property of the photographer. However, if you require them for specific reasons, they can be provided at an additional cost.
Can I request specific editing styles or retouching preferences?
Of course! We welcome your input. You can share sample references or editing styles (such as natural, cinematic, or vibrant tones), and we’ll tailor our edits accordingly.
What is your payment policy?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due upon completion. We accept bank transfer and PayNow.
Do you offer video editing for existing footage?
Yes! You can send us your raw footage, and our editors will craft a professional video complete with transitions, color grading, music, and titles to fit your goals.
What if I want revisions to my photos or videos?
Each project includes 1–2 rounds of revisions to ensure you’re satisfied. Additional edits beyond that can be done for a minimal fee.
How do I book your services?
You can contact us through our website contact form, WhatsApp, or email. Once we understand your requirements, we’ll send a quotation and confirm your booking after payment of the deposit.
